COMMIS CHEF

We are looking to recruit a Commis Chef to work at the East Sussex National hotel.
Candidates need to have a passion for cooking and previous experience would be preferred but not essential.
This role will cover all aspects of the Kitchen and you will need to be able to take instruction and communicate effectively in this busy Hotel Kitchen.
Hours of work will be on a rota basis to include weekends.

VOLUNTEER COURSE MARSHAL

We are looking to recruit Volunteer Course Marshals to work on our two championship golf courses.

We are looking for enthusiastic and outgoing golf lovers who are committed to delivering excellent customer service to our guests both on and off the course.

The purpose of the role is to ensure that play on the courses and the practice areas is managed effectively and efficiently.
As well as an excellent knowledge of golf and an ability to play at a reasonable level, the ideal candidate will have experience in a customer service environment, be used to working as part of a team and be comfortable working oudoors, whatever the weather.
Flexibility on working days is essential.

In return, Volunteer Course Marshals will receive golf credits for time worked, free staff meals and beverages whilst on duty, staff discounts across East Sussex National and a full uniform.

PERMANENT PART-TIME HOUSEKEEPING ATTENDENTS

We have a number of new permanent part time roles in our Housekeeping Department. The role will involve cleaning allocated rooms and public areas to the highest possible standards for a 4 star Hotel.
You will need to be enthusiastic, take pride in your work and have good levels of communication.
Core hours of work will be between 8.00am and 4.00pm seven days a week and we are offering part time hours within these times.
You will need transport due to the location of the Hotel.

MORNING CLEANER
We have a vacancy for a permanent Morning Cleaner to work in the Health Club & Spa. The role will include cleaning the poolside and facilities, ladies and mens changing rooms and Spa areas. The successful candidate will need to enjoy and take pride in their cleaning and have a good eye for detail. Hours of work are 20 hours per week Monday to Friday 6.00 am to 10.00 am.
