We have an array of rooms and suites available within the Hotel and Clubhouse complexes.

Hotel - Our Lynx Conference Centre is a multi-functional space that not only provides great adaptability, but also the latest technology.

Comprising of five individual conference suites situated on the second floor, The Woods, The Nicklaus, The Palmer, The Faldo and The Hogan Suite, names that affirm our formidable golfing pedigree. These are perfect for smaller meetings, each capable of holding 40 delegates, theatre style. But, with the help of retractable screens, they can also be transformed into a spacious conference hall with theatre style seating for 300 delegates - perfect for larger exhibitions, corporate events, training courses, annual meetings and so much more.

With comfort and usability in mind, all rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with the latest conference technology from individual audio systems, powerpoint displays and direct wireless broadband Internet connectability at your fingertips. We also have a 42" trolley plasma televisions for your powerpoint or DVD presentations, and the latest overhead digital projector with a long throw lens. Two suites also feature built-in drop down screens. We pride ourselves on exceptional attention to detail to guarantee a successful event.

The Roundall, a 19m diameter room sitting alongside the five individual suites, is capable of seating 220 delegates theatre style and can also be encompassed within the five suites to form one hall, whilst our large ballroom, The National Suite on the ground floor, can seat 500 theatre style. All rooms do, of course, offer other room configurations all of which can be found on our room layouts.

Clubhouse - Here we have another ballroom capable of seating 160 theatre style, which can also be split in two to form the Half Ballroom and the Committee Room, both capable of seating 70 theatre style. We also have the Founders Room, perfect for a smaller meeting for 25 delegates. Again, all rooms offer other room configurations which can be found on our room layout link.
