The East Sussex National Golf Resort & Spa is the perfect venue for the golfer who wants to play better. Our Stay and Play packages are specially designed to keep the instruction very personal.

Beginners Package

This is the perfect way, for you and up to two friends, to get you started in this wonderful game. The package is designed to give you a complete introduction to golf, with the emphasis on keeping the tuition personal. During the course you will cover all the facets that make up this wonderfully addictive, if frustrating game.

Maximum Students per package: THREE

Two or three day options

Day One – two hours (swing and short game)

Day Two – two hours (swing and bunker play)

Day Three – two hours (playing Academy Course)*

On Two Day Package day three is omitted

Two Day (Half Day) Players Package:

This package is a great way for the established golfer to improve their whole game. The five hours tuition focuses on all aspects of the game from the full swing right through to course management. The package can either be enjoyed alone or shared with a friend.

Maximum Students per package: TWO

Day One – one ½ hour Full Swing lesson with V1 Video Analysis one hour short game lesson

Day Two – two ½ hour playing lesson

Package includes unlimited use of Academy facilities in the afternoons of all days.

Alternatively, why not treat yourself to a round of golf on one of our championship courses or a pampering in our superb Spa.

One Day Intensive Players Package:

This is the ultimate package for those golfers who want to improve their golf but only have a limited time available. As with the ‘Two Day Players’ package, all aspects of the game are covered including a nine holes playing lesson. This package is available on a one-to-one basis or shared with a friend.

Maximum Student per package: TWO

Morning – one ½ hour full swing lesson with V1 video Analysis, one hour short game lesson, lunch

Afternoon – two ½ Hour playing lesson

Two Day (Half Day) Short Game Package:

With over half the shot played in a round of golf being short game shots, this is a great package for those looking to rapidly lower their scores. The package focuses only on the scoring shots, pitching, bunker play, chipping and, of course, putting. This superb package can be enjoyed alone or with up to three friends.

Maximum Students per package: FOUR

Day One – Two ½ hour lesson covering pitching, chipping, bunker play and putting

Day Two – Two ½ hour lesson as per first day

Packages include unlimited use of Academy facilities in the afternoons of all days.
