AQUA

Aqua Aerobics is an excellent method of exercise which improves the fitness of your heart and lungs, tones the body and reduces fat. A fun class, Aqua is suitable for general fitness, pre and post natal and those with joint problems.

BODY ATTACK

This is a cardiovascular interval training programme that combines high intensity aerobics, strength and stabilisation exercises. This is a rapid calorie burner that delivers fast improvement in general endurance and an increase in overall body strength.

BODY PUMP

A Body Pump class uses barbells and adjustable weights to tone and condition muscles while raising metabolic rate for rapid fat-burning. All the major muscle groups are worked via a series of weight-bearing exercises including squats, presses and lifts.

BOX FIT

An all round circuit class based on boxing techniques that helps improve all over fitness including cardiovascular, strength and endurance. This class uses various components of boxing training to develop aerobic endurance, coordination skills and anaerobic power.

KEISER CYCLE

This class is for all levels of fitness to help improve the heart and lungs as well as the strengthening of the lower body. It is a very effective way of burning those unwanted calories.

AB ATTACK

An ideal class for those wanting toned abdominal muscles and improved core stability.

LEGS, BUMS AND TUMS

This ever popular class is designed to tone and shape the muscles of the bottom, abdominal and thigh area. A variety of standing and floor-based exercises make this class both enjoyable and effective.

PILATES

A great class to help improve your posture by using lengthening, strengthening and stretching exercises. Pilates works by re-balancing the body therefore altering the way in which you use your muscles to produce movement.

TAI CHI

A relaxation class which helps to release powers from the body by using different forms of stretching techniques. It is the ideal class for getting rid of unwanted stress and promoting general well being.

YOGA

Yoga uses movement, breathing, relaxation and meditation in order to establish a healthy, lively and balanced approach to life. This calming and meditative class allows you to release and harmonise your body, emotions, mind and spirit.

CIRCUITS & FAMILY CIRCUITS

A class suitable for all, a designed circuit made up of cardiovascular and resistance stations to get a whole body workout. Family circuits is available for ages 12 and over.
