Cancellation Policy

All cancellations made without 24 hours notice will incur 100% cancellation charge.

Mobile Phones and Children

We respectfully ask that children under the age of 16 do not enter the spa areas. This is for health and safety reasons and to respect the requirements of other guests. We also ask that all mobile phones are turned off during your visit.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are available for day programmes, treatments or products. They are perfect for gifts and are valid for 12 months.

Booking

It is advisable to book as far in advance as possible to ensure your preferred date and time. Day programmes are available for non-residential guests and include the use of the spa facilities.
