The range will remain operational , but may close to handpick as we are unable to get machinery on the wet ground.
Preferred Lies in operation – winter rules
Winter Course Conditions : Main Greens are played all year round (no temporary greens) , but ground conditions can become extremely wet underfoot due to the clay soil profile and is not free-draining. During periods of extreme wet, areas of the course can become sodden with balls plugging, but every effort is made to present the courses in the best possible condition throughout the year.
Safety Information – Please avoid wooded bridges in frost and wet, use main concrete bridges and ensure that you are wearing correct footwear, avoiding severe slopes at all times.
Pace of Play – Play will become slower if buggies are restricted to paths only, our starters & marshals will endeavour to keep play moving, but this is always subject to configuration of groups and standard of play.

COURSE GUIDELINES
General Play:
Visitors: Are welcome weekdays and weekends after 10.00am, all play is from White tees.
Buggies : All vehicles have GPS tracking for the users safety and to avoid damage to the golf courses, buggies have restricted access to tees & approaches to the greens and must remain on paths at all times on Par 3’s.

Dress Code: Smart, clean golfing attire is to be worn at all times with appropriate footwear in all areas, including the Club House Ryder Bar. Short socks are permitted with shorts designed for golf.
Dogs: Please do not walk dogs on the course or paths.
