The Pavilion Restaurant is our award-winning, two AA rosette restaurant, offering stunning views over the Sussex Hills to match our incredible dishes. Our executive Head Chef, Andrew MacKenzie, is assisted by his brigade of talented chefs in preparing exquisite meals and tantalizing menus. The Pavilion offers a range of both local and classical dishes, prepared with ethically-sourced, fresh ingredients from key local suppliers.

Breakfast: Monday to Friday 7am-9.30am. Weekends from 7.30am-10.30am.
Lunch: Daily from 12.30 – 2.30pm
Dinner: Daily from 7.00pm-10.00pm
