The Pavilion Restaurant is our award-winning, two AA rosette restaurant, offering stunning views over the Sussex Hills to match our incredible dishes. Our executive Head Chef, Andrew MacKenzie, is assisted by his brigade of talented chefs in preparing exquisite meals and tantalizing menus. The Pavilion offers a range of both local and classical dishes, prepared with ethically-sourced, fresh ingredients from key local suppliers.
Breakfast: Weekdays 7am-9.30am – Weekends 7.30am-10.30am
Lunch: Daily 12.30 – 2.30pm – Dinner: Daily 7.00pm-10.00pm
The Sussex Lounge is the perfect hideaway in which to enjoy a morning coffee with the newspaper, light bistro lunch with business colleagues, or experience one of our renowned afternoon teas with friends. In the evening, our lounge transforms into the perfect place to relax with a pre-dinner cocktail or enjoy our wide range of wines, beers, and champagnes.
During the warmer months, there is outdoor seating in the gardens or on the balcony terrace.
Hotel Bar: Opens daily from 10am til 12 midnight
Afternoon Tea is available from 2pm – 5pm

The Hunningtons Restaurant is situated within the golf club house of the East Sussex National Resort. It enjoys breath-taking views across the finishing holes on both the East and West courses. Our menus offer good, traditional home cooking with firm favourites including our burgers, club sandwiches, and good old-fashioned steak and kidney pie. If the sun is shining, our Ryder Bar & Terrace offers a wonderful outside seating area where you can sit, relax, and enjoy our fantastic hospitality.
Breakfast: 7am to 11am daily
Bar & Grill Menu: 11am to 5pm in Winter – 11am to 6pm in Summer.
